    Defective or Worse

    The seams used to sew the handles and protective webbing skirt around the bottom of the pack are complete garbage. Handle ripped out (also ripping open main pack seam) and skirt zippered off at the slightest resistance only minutes into the cave. It's so bad I can only hope it's simply due to defective thread or sewing. Customer support was contacted (with pictures) twice and never replied.
