Product is as described, was in great shape and works perfectly. They got it shipped quickly. If I did it again, I would just go with regular USPS shipping. I chose UPS. which was significantly more and the product didn’t arrive any quicker. However, that is no way a knock on the product or Karstsports, who shipped it. On their end all was great.
