How to Return or Exchange an Item


Any item in (unused) condition can be returned for credit or exchange as long as it is returned within 30 days and is returned in new condition with all packaging materials that are included with the item.

Returns and exchanges after the 30 day period are not generally accepted but will be reviewed on an accout basis. In no event will credit be issued, other than store credit, after this 30 day period due to credit card compliance requirements.

• Contact us at (304) 592-2600 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
• Place a copy of your sales receipt in the box to ensure proper credit to your account.
• Write instructions as to whether you want credit or exchanged items.
• Mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.

Return Shipping Costs


In the event we make a mistake in sending you the wrong item or an item is defective then the cost of returning and shipping the item will be paid for by Karst Sports.

If the item was ordered wrong by you then the cost of returning and re-shipping the item will be your responsibility. We do not credit back shipping charges that are charged to you if you return a product. If you refuse an order that was legitimately shipped we will only credit back the cost of the item(s) minus any shipping charges incured in shipping the order to you and the return charges cause by the refusal. Overnight orders that are refused will be charged shipping charges to you and return overnight shipping charges back to us.

A few items such as sleeping bags, and thermal underwear may not be returned due to federal law. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item when placing your order.

We do not accept return on food products unless the product is damaged when you receive it.

We do not accept returns on life safety rope, webbing, and related items.  We do this to provide an assurance to our customers that there is no possibility these types of items being outside of the retail supply chain where we have no control over the products.
