Based on storage studies conducted over many years, Mountain House Backpacking Pouch Foods have a shelf life of at least 5 years from manufacture date when stored unopened in a cool area. After 5 years, a change in flavor and appearance may be noticed. For best results, avoid prolonged storage at temperatures above 75° F (24° C) and follow package instructions for proper preparation.

CHOCOLATE COOKIE CRUMBS: Sugar, Enriched Flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Cocoa Processed With Alkali, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Cornstarch, Baking Soda, Salt, Soy Lecithin, Vanillin (an artificial flavor), Chocolate, and Whey.
