Based on storage studies conducted over many years, Mountain House Backpacking Pouch Foods have a shelf life of at least 5 years from manufacture date when stored unopened in a cool area. After 5 years, a change in flavor and appearance may be noticed. For best results, avoid prolonged storage at temperatures above 75° F (24° C) and follow package instructions for proper preparation.

INGREDIENTS: Precooked Noodles: Durum Semolina, Whole Eggs, and Salt. Noodles & Chicken Sauce: Chicken, Sweet Red Peppers, Modified Corn Starch, Chicken Fat, Chicken Base (chicken including natural chicken juices, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed corn gluten, dried whey, flavoring), Salt, Sugar, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Flavor Enhancer (hydrolyzed wheat gluten, partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils, lactic acid, dehydrated bonito), Onion Powder, Yeast Extract, Dried Parsley, Spices, and Turmeric (for color).
