Based on storage studies conducted over many years, Mountain House Backpacking Pouch Foods have a shelf life of at least 5 years from manufacture date when stored unopened in a cool area. After 5 years, a change in flavor and appearance may be noticed. For best results, avoid prolonged storage at temperatures above 75° F (24° C) and follow package instructions for proper preparation.

INGREDIENTS: Ice Cream: Milk fat, Nonfat Milk, Sugar, Corn Syrup, Whey, Mono and Diglycerides, Guar Gum, Calcium Sulfate, Locust Bean Gum, Cellulose Gum, Carrageenan, Dextrose, Vanilla and Vanillin (artificial flavor), Annatto. Chocolate Wafer: Enriched Bleached Flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Sugar, Caramel Color, Corn Sugar, Vegetable Shortening (partially hydrogenated palm, cottonseed, and soybean oils), Corn Flour, Cocoa, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup, Modified Cornstarch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt, Mono and Diglycerides, Soy Lecithin.
