Kong Hydrobot Descender

Hydrobot is a new tool conceived for modern canyoning; can be used both with one or two ropes and it allows an easy changement of the braking under load. Compared to other models, Hydrobot avoids the risk of accidental loss, avoids the rope twisting and avoids the wear of the connector. The charateristic which makes Hydrobot unique is the possibility to use it as auto-locking device in case of emergency ascending on one or two ropes (in connection with a Prusik knot). The possibility of overturning the central bar (fixed by a screw) allows the use by left-handers. Hydrobot is the only mountaineering device fitted with a magnet to retain the mobile bar
