With this chemistry, Black Diamond stoppers are less prone to shearing, but still provide the “bite” found in brass nuts. Also, the unique cable-swaging technique extends the life of the Micro Stoppers several fold over the traditional “silver-soldered” method found on others. When placing, give these tough SOBs a solid tug to set ‘em and pair them with a runner when “wandering pro” could be an issue. Give them a little tap to dislodge them before cleaning.
