Petzl M10A Spirit Non-Locking Carabiner, Anodized

Particularly lightweight and strong, Spirit carabiners come in pairs on all Petzl climbing quickdraws. They represent the culmination of Petzl's effort to improve the efficiency of clipping-in thanks to its shape and operation of the Keylock system.

Produced in forged Zicral, the Spirit has a particularly advantageous strength/weight ratio. The gate open strength reaches a particularly high value of 9.5 kN and with the gate closed 23 kN. The curved-gate Spirit was specifically designed for the rope to clip into. The plus: the effectiveness of the Keylock system for clipping in and out when climbing and high strength with the gate open. Weight 49 grams. CE-UIAA
